Skills Desired :

The desired candidate should have a pleasing persona on the call and should be able to find their way to the desired person through calls / social media. They should possess following technical and soft skills:

  • Is able to make cold calls and strike a conversation.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the software development industry.       
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective speaking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others to take action and close sales.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to mine industry specific, location specific database from various platforms (social and otherwise) and validate them.
  • Ability to create and suggest changes in the marketing collaterals.
  • Ability to understand company products and engage with the suspects/prospects.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales and marketing tools.  
  • Familiarity with the market and business culture.   
  • Bachelor’s degree.
