Task Manager

Every Employee of the Organization has a Role to Play. Roles are created to fulfill certain
responsibilities. Hence Tasks are created to fulfill responsibilities against a particular Role.

The Task Manager helps the organization to pre-define tasks against a particular Role / Role(s)
with Periodicity or automatically create tasks against the transactions executed in the ERP for the
concerned user, if so defined.

The Task Manager helps to :

  • Define One Time  Adhoc Tasks,
  • Define Period Tasks like weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annual or Annual
  • Re-assign tasks
  • Monitor and escalate tasks
  • Re-assign task when the employee goes on leave
  • Remind the user on pending follow ups
  • Define tasks and assign to users as meeting action items

This module is available as a standalone module or as a seamlessly integrated module with the
other modules.
