responsibilities. Hence Tasks are created to fulfill responsibilities against a particular Role.
The Task Manager helps the organization to pre-define tasks against a particular Role / Role(s) with Periodicity or automatically create tasks against the transactions executed in the ERP for the concerned user, if so defined.
The Task Manager helps to:
- Define One Time Adhoc Tasks,
- Define Period Tasks like weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual or Annual
- Re-assign tasks
- Monitor and escalate tasks
- Re-assign task when the employee goes on leave
- Remind the user on pending follow-ups
- Define tasks and assign to users as meeting action items
