Tanaashi Technologies Pvt. Ltd is an ERP Vendor providing end-to-end enterprise solutions for Discrete Manufacturing and/or Trading Companies.

Order Process:

1. As the first step for the assignment, the Customer must issue Tanaashi Technologies Pvt. Ltd (TTPL) a Purchase Order along with the advance payment, as mutually agreed upon.
2. If the Customer requires additional assistance during the execution of tasks related to the assignment, TTPL may provide such assistance under a separate arrangement. This will be independent of the original order and covered through a separate proposal. Additional services will incur additional fees.

Customer’s Responsibilities:

1. The Customer agrees to provide all material necessary for the successful completion of the project.
2. The Customer will not offer employment or hire any TTPL employee, directly or indirectly, during the implementation phase.

Indemnity Clause:

During the period of the Order, the Customer will indemnify and hold TTPL harmless from any loss, claim, or damage unless caused by the negligence of the Customer’s personnel. This includes damages to persons or property arising from the use or possession of equipment or locations by TTPL or its personnel.
