Tanaashi Technologies Pvt. Ltd is an ERP Vendor providing end to end enterprise solution for Discrete Manufacturing and / or Trading Companies.

As the first step for the assignment, the Customer has to issue Tanaashi Technologies Pvt. Ltd, a Purchase Order along with advance, as decided mutually.

In case the Customer requires some additional assistance in execution of its tasks in respect of the assignment, TTPL may undertake this under a separate arrangement. Such arrangement will be independent of the Original Order and will be covered through a separate proposal. Any additional service reserve the right for additional fees.

The customer agrees to provide all material required for the successful completion of the project.

The Customer will neither offer to employ nor employ, directly or otherwise, any TTPL employee, associated with them during Implementation.

During the period of coverage of the Order, the Customer will indemnify and hold TTPL harmless from any loss, claim or damage unless caused by the negligence of the Customer   personnel to any person or property arising out of the use or possession of the equipment or location by TTPL or its personnel.
